Terms of Service

Last updated October 16, 2026. These terms are between you and Tyasi LLC, which provides FreshMap.

The service

FreshMap writes and schedules updates for your Google Business Profile and a version for your Facebook Page, about once a week, based on your website and the information you give us. You can review each post before it publishes, unless you choose automatic posting.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you're authorized to manage the profiles you connect and that the business information you give us is accurate. You're responsible for posts you approve or allow to auto-publish. Tell us about anything we should not say.

No guarantees

We don't guarantee rankings, calls, or any particular result. Google, Meta and other platforms control how content is shown and may change their rules.

Billing and cancellation

$197 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, plus any applicable sales tax. Cancel any time from your billing page or by emailing us; service continues to the end of the paid month and no partial refunds are given. Posts already published stay yours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.

Changes

We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change or material change to these terms.
